NOTICE OF APPRAISAL
Our team will contact all parties involved for the notice of appraisal. This includes umpire selection, scheduling, carrier notice, and opposing appraiser notice.

MEETING OPPOSITION
Our appraiser will meet the opposing appraiser at the property with our full packet of data to investigate the claim. Our position is then provided within 1 week of the meeting.

DELIBERATE & AWARD

Will the prices paid in appraisal keep up with current pricing?
Yes, we are pricing specialists who monitor market conditions!
Will you be able to get all coverage's paid during the appraisal?
As a rule, we cover all coverages. There will be times when some coverages are not right for appraisal that we cannot cover.
What is your process for bad behavior?
Our staff will notify the appropriate counsel to remedy the situation and handle accordingly.
Do you handle any size appraisal?
Yes! We've done studio apartments, all the way to large skyscrapers, with everything in-between!
How long will this process take?
Appraisal can take anywhere from weeks to a few months. No matter what the timeframe, we keep you updated.
Will I be able to get more money out of the carrier after the appraisal?
No. With the exception of any coverage's that are not covered in appraisal. As a rule the answer is no.
Is the appraisal award new money?
The appraisal award is the total amount of the loss, including any previous payments.
